iPod touch Backing-Up Problem

Ever since I upgraded to 2.0, backing up my iTouch takes AT LEAST an hour; it took like 1 /12 a week ago. How do I make it backup faster?

I just don't back it up at all unless I'm going away for a trip

But if I cancel an update during a sync, it also cancels the sync, strangely enough.

You could always disable the automatic backups on sync. 😉
