Hey all,

I recently purchased a 24 inch Apple iMac.

I'm a student, so I qualify for the education promo: aka get a free iPod Touch after rebate; so I picked up an iPod Touch and have my rebate coupon ready.
Did the same with the $99 Canon printer, mail-in rebate that essentially gets it to me for free.

My question, and please help me out:

Both coupons say to cut out my Mac's UPC code and attach it with the other documents I need, however, I only have ONE Mac UPC (lol), how can I do this? Will they accept a photocopy?

What is the best way to not get screwed, that's all I'm asking.

Thanks for any help, really appreciated. 🙂

Hey don't worry there's no problem🙂
On the sheet for the mail rebate, there's a place where they ask if you've already used your rebate coupon.
If yes, you just need to write down the date of your purchase*+ the promo name.
That's all. It's very easy.🙂

Haha I just realized that, looking at my coupon. 😀

Thanks a bunch bud, I'm relieved. 🙂

actually i just did this 2 months ago (in Canada).
you must photocopy the Mac UPC. Send the original with the printer + printer UPC. then the photocopy + iPod UPC.
and a copy of the receipt for both rebates.

in about 5 weeks you should get your check...sucks unlike the states - no UPCs and check in a week....

oh well its worth it!
