KSPS problams

I download the updater for KSPS(Kelly Slter Pro Surfer) which was suppose to ficx the problam of everything going white and texture issues. I followed directions exactly how it was said but the updater did nothing. The app. won't even launch now. Is there anything I can do to get this game working? I bough it over a month ago and haven't even been able to play it yet. I have a powerbook G4 800 with 768mb and I am running OS X 10.3.1 Please let me know ASAP. thanks
