On the off chance that Apple updates the iPod Touch to the point where I would want it, I was curious what I would get for my Touch by selling it after the new one came out. Its 16 GB and has had an Invisible Shield on it since day 1, so its spotless, the battery has been through 100 cycles tops, and has over 1000 songs on it. Thanks for any insight

If you are going to sell, sell before Apple updates. Even it if it just a few days before. Most people don't know anything about the updates because they don't care to do the research. You won't get anything near what you paid for it. Make up your mind accordingly.
