View Full Version : iPhone freezes in sleep position

I just got my 16 gb 3g on friday and LOVE it. However, I have one problem (well, the reception isn't as good as my old phone, but I don't care). Every now and then (like 5% of the time) the screen will go black and when I push the home button it won't give me the option to slide to activate. I have to hit the on/off button a few times and just mess with it for it to give me that option again. Any suggestions? I've done all the upgrades and everything.

mine too... i've had my phone for almost two weeks now and have had that exact same thing happen to me about 5 times now. its a little annoying and i hope others can chime in about it.

I've seen the same thing. Not much help to you, but we're in the same boat. I also like when the volume shuts down to zero and won't let you raise it. That's fun. You try to raise the volume but it keeps going down. It's like a battle. Fun.

Sounds like you have the volume limit set...
