You can get a decent estimate from here.

To be honest, almost nothing.
I saw a maxed out Beige G3 go for $450, but I think that was because it had a Bordeaux Personality card that a collector probably wanted.... that, and it had 2x500 GB HDDs in RAID, A Radeon 9200, 768 MB RAM, and a 1 GHz Sonnet G4 (and more).
You'd get more money if you part it out.
I've kept my Beige G3 and have upgraded it over the years (probably spent a total of $4000 on it, including purchase price), but I wouldn't get anything for it these days, and wouldn't even try.
They're great machines, but their resale value was killed with the introduction of the G5, and eradicated completely by the Intel-based Macs.
B&W G3s aren't much more expensive. I actually ebayed one (no hard drive, but everything else was in it) for $1.29.
Try selling parts on eBay.
