Moo Cow Music Band - Often crashes back to Summerboards after flicking through a few instruments any help??

A lot of apps do that. Just uninstall it on your ipod then sync with iTunes and put it back on. It should work after that.

Will I loose my extra downloaded instruments and I manage My music Manually so i don't click sync should I just Connect to Itunes

You will lose your downloaded instruments, and don't click sync music either. Just plug in, hit restore, and wait. You can back up and restore from the backup if you want.
