I suggest using MRoogle to search eyetv

The eyetv looks good but I guess i dont totally understand how these work. It says it will play digital and analog channels. Are they standard tv channels? What is the difference between the digital and analong channels?

Sorry for the newb questions

Analog channels will be gone in 2009; analog is the old standard, digital the new. The EyeTV is just basically a small TV tuner that outputs to the Mac. Go to the Elgato site and take the guided tour. At the moment, lots of channels are transmitted both analog and digital. It's the same channels you get OTA.
