I just did something really stupid, way to fix it?

I accidently erased my Windows partition (not the actual partition, but the content) in Disk utility. Is there a way to undo that or am I screwed?
 
Unless you have a backup with something like WinClone, it's time to whip out the old Windows CD and reinstall. 🙁
 
Oh fiddle sticks, my gf is gonna be pissed, I erased her sims saves...😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
 
You may search google for some software which recovers deleted partitions and files. This could help at least with some important files...
