upgrading to 3G

Ok, well my 1st generation iphone got stolen :-(

So I want to get my hands on a 3G iphone now. I just wanted to know if it would cost more than $200 because I was already on contract and such. Then also is there anything else I should know?

All first generation iPhone users whom purchased their iPhone before July 11th are all eligible for the $199/$299 price.

oh, that sucks.:( i was at the YMCA and went swimming so i had to put my phone in a locker and when i came back the lock was busted with a rock(it was laying five feet away) and the only thing they stole was my crappy 4 gig, didn't even bother to take my 45 bucks, or shoes lol:)
