After 30 days, can i get a replacement due to dust under the screen?

So i've noticed im getting a few dust specs now under the screen :/

its been more then 30 days now (july 11th)

so you guys think i can get a replacement? and if i got it at ATT do i HAVE to get the replacement at ATT or can i go to apple??
