Exchange calendar appointments vanishing

I have searched for this but cant seem to see anything about this..

I dont know how i'm doing it.. and i dont know how to make it do it.. but someone sends me an outlook appointment.. and i view it.. and accept it.. but sometimes it just vanishes from my calendar.. I dont know what I'm doing to make it do it.. i dont think anything different..
Can someone help me tell me.. I'm confused.....

I had the same problem and after searching the internet found out you have to enter you e-mail address exactly as it is on your exchange server. My company uses Name@DOMAIN.COM on their server. Seems that the e-mail address is case sensitve (at least for the calendar).
