hi. which software makes an interactive DVD menu so I can create chapters, special features etc.

iDVD does it in limited fashion while DVD Studio Pro gives you complete control.

DVD Studio Pro or Toast 9 will let you do that. The former is for Hollywood Quality, the latter is for simpler uses.
