Did the iPhone update fix app update data loss problem?

Has anyone heard anything to this effect?

I have noticed that in my debugging on the iPhone, the contents have not been disappearing sporadically like they used to..

I don't know if they really fixed anything or not, but I did notice that the "update all" button no longer appears in the App Store when you have updates. I had at least a few users tell me they had used this button and ended up with lost data (and a few more who allegedly did an individual update and also lost data).

I have never had a problem losing data while debugging the app with Xcode though.

I can confirm it's not fixed yet. just got to angry email for data loss..
