Itunes on shared network

Hey guys I just have a quick question. There are several people who have their whole collection of songs on the shared network with my imac and I was wondering is there any way you can copy those songs and add them to your own library or is that not possible??? Thanks.
 
No. But you can click on the little arrow inside of a circle, which will take you to a place to buy that song from iTunes.
