View Full Version : iPhone 3G can't drag and drop music via iTunes

My best friends iPhone won't let us drag and drop any music to his 3G iPhone from his iTunes library. When your dragging the album there is a red circle with the cross through it. We tried re-starting iTunes, restarting the computer and to know avail were still stuck.

He's running a new Dell with Vista. Yuck.

I'm used to iTunes on a Mac, not on a PC.

Any help would be great.

Are you sure he checked the option to manually manage the songs in the iPhone "General" preference tab?
