Mine doesn't take that long, but it is slower than my original iPhone for sure.

Well my 3G probably takes 90 seconds + to boot...definitely longer than 1.1.4...but 3 minutes? That seems a little long.

No worries man.....To apply go to apple.com/iphone click developer. But as of right now they are only letting the beta testers from before 2.0 test 2.1. I got accepted 2nd week they offered it and tested 2.0 1-2 months before it actually came out.

Ya, mine takes about 2 to 3 minutes. I thought it was part of the iphone's charm.

It takes a while, but really, how often is a person going to turn their phone completely off?

I reset mine every other day. I develop weird software issues if I don't.
