Deleting Firmware Apps 3G

Will someone please post a link to instructions for deleting superflous firmware apps? I was quite surprised that the option is not easily available. I'm a PC user, Apple's stuff always seems so user friendly after 40hr weeks spent with Windows. But I made monkey sounds while trying to figure out how to dump Udoob and Stocks (the anti anti-depressant).

I don't care if it is only a few megs. I want the room. And I'm OCD about having stuff I don't want cluttering up my virtual space.

You can't delete them... Just move them back to a page you don't use or something.

Oh yes, there is a way to edit firmware files. Someone always finds a way, and they normally either share or tell people they're too dumb to try it. They should do both.
