Like the topic says, I want to trade a PC towards a Powerbook or 12" iBook G4.

Here are the specs for my PC:

Athlon XP 2100+
384MB RAM (I can switch 512 if you want)
64MB GeForce 2 MX400
40GB hard drive
48x CDROM
56k modem
100mbit NIC
Keyboard and mouse

I will install and update for you Windows XP Professional, Windows 2000, or Windows 98SE. I also have a 17" monitor that I might sell with it, same goes for an older CD burner (8x4x32).

If you are interested in trading with me your Powerbook, I would like for it to be capable of running Quartz Extreme. Either 12" or 15" is great.

Of course, my PC is not worth the same amount as these wonderful books, so tell me how much cash you want with the PC, and we can discuss that.

Also, I will consider trades for newer G4 desktops or I will sell it for cash outright.

Please, don't hesitate to email me/pm me/or post any offers or questions. I'm flexible. :D

Thank you!

Hey, man, I said I'd be paying cash + the PC. I'm not dumb enough to think that I could trade straight across. This could be a good deal for someone who wants some money and a PC.

No need to get nasty here. ;)

I guess people might be a bit more interested if they knew that they could trust me. For what it's worth, here's my eBay feedback: http://cgi2.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback&userid=cam2go All positive... Also, I have traded with people on http://ocforums.com under the name CamH. Also, if you're interested in trading, I would be happy to give my phone number.

Somebody has to have some kind of use for a good PC. Make me some kind of offer! :D
