Yeah .... if there's some easy "trick" to this, I'd love to hear it as well.
Just facebook dates in general (Events, parties, birthdays, etc.) in the iPhone calendar would make my day.

ok.....so i've found that you can export 'events', but not birthdays...

Use a program like iMacros to grab the data and export it to a file. Then have Outlook import the file, then sync it to your iPhone calendar.
I use a calendar that i subscribe to that syncs birthdays from facebook. something like the link below.
