I saw a new ipod silhouette poster today in NYC and it shows a definitely new ipod! It looks to be approximately the same dimensions as the current iPod Classic, but it's definitely new because the headphone wire is attached to the bottom of it rather than at the top like the current generation of iPods. I didn't have a camera with me and I have an old school cell phone, so I couldn't take a picture. I saw it on the side of the bus stop shelter on broadway at around 84th street or thereabouts. If someone near there is reading this, go take a picture and post it here!
