Ringtone Help

OK new to iPhone
running software 2.0.2
my ringtones will not load into my iPhone
Have them showing up in iTunes in Ringtones below Applications, but they will not load into my iPhone
What am I doing wrong

Check all the settings in Synch options
All the ring tones should synch but they don't

Are they less then 30 seconds?

They are from ringtonefeeder,com

Anybody ever seen this?
