I'm considering a new 12" pbook or a 12" iBook. I'd like the power of the pbook, but I need good battery life. I will sacrifice the speed for it if necessary (ibook). I'd also like the pbook for the superdrive, dual-video capability, and styling; but battery life is still preferable.

For those of you with experience, can you give a guesstimate as to how long the battery would under these conditions?

1.) DVD movie
2.) Web surfing w/ airport
3.) Powerpoint presentations
4.) General office work (Word, email, etc)

I might be persuaded to head in the 15" pbook route, especially with the cool light-up keyboard and screen real estate (the physical width might bother me though, sometimes I am working on those small tables in coffee shops). How much better is the battery life with the 15" action? If I'd be persuaded to buy the 15", have those screen spots and latch issues been resoled?
