iPhone syncing help [Archive]

Yesterday I synced some app's and after I had done so all off my music had been removed from my iPhone. I had to spend hours putting all my music back on my iPhone.

Now I want to add a few more app's and podcasts that ive download. Can someone tell me how I can do so without losing all off my music again?

Something really weird is going on there. I'd probably do a restore even though that would be painful.
