Blackberry Pearl to iPhone 3G (whilst remaining on a Windows based PC)?

I would like to know how to/and whether i can do all of the following;

- easily transfer all my contacts from Outlook 2003 (OL) to the iPhone
- also how does the iPhone display the contacts on a Windows based
PC?

- easily transfer all my appointments from OL calendar to the iPhone
- also how does the iPhone display the calendar on a Windows based
PC?

- can i continue to use OL email address (run on a 3rd party server) to receive/send emails from my iPhone and PC?

Please add any other common problems when making the swap
