Are iTunes TV Shows/Music Videos anamorphic?

Hi,

Are the iTunes-purchased TV shows and music videos anamorphic. I know the resolution is 640x480, but is there a way to tell the difference?

I'm looking at making my own ripped music DVDs the same as the ones purchased on iTunes.

I'm not sure what you mean?

Anamorphic as the video is the actual widescreen, instead of being matted on a black background, then yes.
