Can't Buy Anything From the App Store

I was trying to buy Engmo earlier and I cliecked buy app and nothing happened. I tried other apps and even music and videos and when i clicked buy on all of them nothing happened. Can someone help me please?

Were you able to buy before? If not, are you using a Canadian account & have a credit card on file?

I am American and ya Ive been able to buy stuff before.

Have you tried logging out and shutting itunes down for a little while.

I tried that, I also can't access my account info.

I also can't sign in again
