How do I change how my contact photos display?

I've noticed in the Apple commercial that when they are dialing someone, it shows their picture in the upper right corner.... however when I dial someone, the entire screen covers shows their picture as a background. Unfortuantely all the phone items on the screen cover up my contact's photo.

So how can I get my contacts to display in the same position as they do on all the Apple videos and commercials??

Add the picture in your desktop contacts app (Address Book, Outlook, etc.), not on your phone.

Exactly.

When you add a photo on the phone, it takes up the whole screen when you get a call. If you add it in Address Book/Outlook then is appears as the small image shown in the commercials.
