I'm connected wirelessly via my Airport Express after not using it for a while.
I used to have speakers hooked up to the AE and they would play iTunes with no problem.
This time when I plugged in the AE, however, the digital optical laser (or LED?) in the audio port is stuck on, so you can see a red light in there at all times. WHen I plug in my speakers nothing happens, they don't seem to be recognized because they do not show up as an option in iTunes.
I have tried this with both analog and digital optical speakers, neither works.
I have tried resetting my AE but that doesn't have an effect.
Any ideas? :(
