Unable to sync movies? wtf

i ripped my entourage dvd using handbrake and added four episodes to my itunes..it went under "movies"..i see the four movies there and when i sync my iphone, it doesnt sync the movies!! i clicked "sync movies" and tv shows but nothing happens..the files are in .MP4..any insight? when i right clicked one of the episodes it gave me the option of converting to iphone/ipod format..but its been about 25 minutes and its only done converting about 1/4 the way!!
 
i dont think "insert ipod atom" was checked when i ripped the dvds..ugh
 
Right click the file in itunes and click 'convert for iphone'

Job done.


edit: I should learn to read before offering advice. The conversion option does take a while, but it does work.
 
ive found that the best way to solve this is to make sure the "insert ipod atom" box in handbrake
