i'm taking an intro to java class and the professor wants us to use JBuilder or JCreator, i forget which.

so i want to use Xcode and write/run the code/program there and when it's working just copy the code to that program in Windows to turn it in.

I just need help on exactly how to get to the screen where I can write in the code, test it, run it, and save it.

thank you :)

Fire up Xcode. Go to File > New Project. Scroll down to Java Tool. Hit Next, give it a name. Next you'll be at the main Xcode screen. Under "File Name", you'll see a xxx.java file (xxx being your project name). Double click that to get to where you'll write your source code. To compile the code, click the Build button at the top. To execute, click "Build and Go". Good luck.
