Right arrow is not working, is there any software for keyboard mapping?

I have a black macbook and suddenly the right arrow stopped working... and I have a question. Is there any software for keyboard mapping? I don't use the small enter that's next to the command key so I want to use that as the right arrow
 
Are you still under warranty? Take it in to Apple. The will replace the top case.

If you have no coverage, you could buy a replacement, and then take it to an AASP to get them to do the swap, or even do it yourself.
