What happened to Kroll??

I just remembered one of the games that was going to get released this month and was wondering if there has been any news. Its called Kroll and it can be seen here (6:00). Looks pretty cool, just dont know anything about it....

I'm sure it's gonna come out...nothing has been said about Spore, and that's released for this month too.
