i plugged in my ipod touch just like the programs said but both programs aren't recognizing that my ipod is plugged into the computer i dont know what to do now

The beta version of Senuti works with iPod touch as well. My drive with my music just died and my touch had most of it, so I just recovered from it and got the rest from other assorted iPods laying around the house.
