Manually Arrange Home Screen Icons??

Hi
is it possible to manually arrange the Home Screen Icons, i mean when u click and hold any Icon, the Icons start vibrating and we can arrange them but is it possible to place the icons to desired position of the Screen?

Because whenever i try to move the Icon to Middle Screen and leave it, it moves to the empty right side position, but i want the icons to be in a way that i have 4 Icons on the Top line, 4 on the 2nd Line , 4 on the 3rd line and 3 icons at the center of the 4th Line??

Is it Possible?

It's called Blank App.

It's only one blank app though. I'm not sure how you would go about making multiple blank apps.

thats sad to hear that you have to hide icons in order to arrange your icons manually, waiting for some good app to do this thing more efficiently
