Need help finding info about iPhone

Hey i'm in College and for wifi you need to register and supply some info. Can you guys help me?

Whats the OS, Model Number, where can i find the MAC?
 
iPhone runs Mac OS X but in general you call it iPhone OS

You'll find the MAC, serial and model no.s in Settings, General, About!
