Hi all,

I am looking at the 3 pay as you use - Huawei E160G stick, do any of you know if this fits?

Hi,

Yes, that should work great. You'll find Mac Software for the Huwei here: http://www.three.co.uk/personal/products_services_/mobile_broadband_/gotaquestion.omp?cid=1215014587586

regards,

peter

EDIT: I suppose you meant "fit" as in "does it fit in the USB port" - sorry, that I don't know. But you can always use it with a USB extension cord

I really hope Apple integrates a 3G chip into the next Air refresh. That would nearly make it a no-brainer purchase for me.

Hi all,

No current USB modem supplied by 3 fits in the MacBook Air without a cable or adapter.

Hope this helps.

Don't they come with the extension cable. The one my company got from Sprint came with one.

All 3 broadband USB adapters come with extension cables.

I was wanting to use the modem stick without an extension cable, is that possible?

Yes. You can use a multi USB adapter.

Do a search for "Belkin Adapter USB Flexible" on amazon.

Mine was about £4.

I use one with mine, it's ace.
