How do u download a Youtube Video?

hallo i am looking for a software to download youtube videos in my pc and convert them to mp3 to listen them in my ipod too, can you help me pls?

Get a program called TubeTV (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/32278) to download off YouTube, and then something like Soundtrack Extractor to rip the audio is what I'd say.

I you're using Safari...

Window > Activity

This gives you a list of all open pages including all their contents. If there is a flash video embedded on a page it will be there (it will be the only one in megabytes). Just double click it then convert the .flv file into a video or audio file.

Other than that you'll have to sue one of the web sites where you paste in the link and select the format you want to download the file as.

If you use firefox, you can download addon called "Flash Video Resources" to download videos from youtube.

Ah very cool link! If anybody is looking to get videos directly off of YouTube, do not download anything and waste HD space. Go directly to listentoyoutube (http://listentoyoutube.com) just like tronica said, and enter in the YouTube link to the movie you would like to download, and it will get it directly off of YouTube.
