Weird Exchange Issue - Outside Emails not delivered unless Outlook is open

Hi All-

I've got a weird Exchange issue.

I have my work exchange account set up on my iphone and it syncs great - as long as outlook on my computer at work is open.

When outlook is closed, I still receive internal emails, but no external emails. I am really confused by this!

If i check the webaccess the emails are there, but they will only deliver to my iphone when outlook is open.

Anyone know what is going on here?!

i can tell you that is not your iphone - it is an exchange server setup, policy, services combo issue - talk to your IT people - we run exchange 2003 and every single mailbox has the OWA, IMAP, POP3 and mobile options active and have no issues.... but i know there can be - again, it is not your iphone....
