Boot camp windows sp2

i was trying to install windows xp sp2 with version 2.0 and this is the screen i am getting

The only time I get errors on XP/Vista/2k3/2k8/2k (i'm a systems admin) is when my disk is scratched :P

It might be. I too have encountered problems with a file not being able to be copied. Cleaning my install CD fixed it.
