I recently deleted my XP partition from bootcamp. When I restarted my Mac it said there was no bootable disk. I booted again holding down the option key and was able to get back to my Mac OS. The only problem now is that I have to do that EVERY time.

Any suggestions?

Did you leave Windows as the default startup disk?

Go to system preferences, startup disk, select mac osx, then restart.

once you restart into osx from systm prefs, it should work normally.
thats what worked for me at least.
