If i am selling my Mini, how do i wipe it clean?

I am selling my mini to a friend, i want to completely wipe it clean, aka have it restored to factory settings and remove all my documents/applications/files etc

how do i go about doing this?

Insert Disc 1 of the two that came with it and go thru the process of reinstalling Mac OS X.

One of the options is to 'Erase and Install'. That will wipe everything clean and reinstall everything fresh.
