I don't know if it'll have GPS.
I don't know if it'll have Bluetooth.
I know it won't have a camera.
I know it won't have a mic.
I do know, absolutely, that the new Touch does have a new external control right in the same relative spot that the iPhone has it's volume control. The diagram HERE (http://blog.wired.com/gadgets/2008/09/blueprints-reve.html), if you copy it to your clip board and then paste it into some application you can zoom in on, has marked in brown a new control on the left side, or the right side of the back view.
Although the linked site is not the original source of those drawings, I have seen the originals and they have the same control marked. I promise, the new Touch will have external volume control.
