how to find out modem version of 3G? [Archive]

Hello,
I tied finding out version of iphone 3G by inputing *3001#12345#* but it doesnt show the version in 3G. Can someone tell me how to find out modem version of 3G at the slide for emergency screen?

Not possible that I know of. Jailbreak it and you can see.

Try Settings/General/About. At the bottom of the screen you can see the firmware version - mine is 2.0.2 (5C1). Scroll past this and you'll see "Modem Firmware", mine is 02.08.01.

Ah - sorry didn't understand that, don't know what a slide for emergency screen is. Haven't seen one yet but I've only had the phone for a week. Apologies for muddying up the thread... :o
