Has the bug in File Vault been fixed yet? Is there a patch or update to fix it?

They fixed it with 10.3.1. I've had FileVault turned on since November and haven't had a problem.

I wish they would fix it so that every time I logout or shutdown it doesn't give me the box saying that FileVault is using more space than is require, please click continue to recover the space. It does that every single time I log out. So I just turned it off. I don't want to sit there and wait for it to recover the space every time.
