Adding SMS to my plan via the web site..

If I add the 200 SMS plan to my account using the AT&T web site, will it be added to my current month or not until the next cycle?

You'll get access to them immediately, and be prorated for your current month.

Id recommend holding off to your next billing cycle if it's not to far down the road. Prorated SMS's can get messy. They estimate how many of your new plan's texts should be included in the pro-rated month and it might not be enough. Same with call plans. I ran into some trouble with my 1st gen.

OK thanks. I should be just a few days into the current billing cycle and I don't really use that many SMS anyway, so I think I should be OK.
