I hate my iPod Touch.

Briefly- I get the Apple logo of death within a day of every restore. Apple said it was a hardware issue, sent me a refurb, and the same thing happens. It gets old real quick.

My question is:
1. Could 2.1 possibly solve issues like this? or should I just not have so many apps?
2. Would I be better off buying the new touch?

The "Apple Logo of Death" is the result of the creation of the Application Map on the device takes more than two minutes. Remove the apps you don't use often to try to fix it. 2.1 should fix it, and increase the time limit.
