Does the online Apple Store have an Email address?

I need some help with something and would much rather do it through email then dealing with them over the phone.

Officially no, because people hate places that do that. Although "store@apple.com" should get to them.

You can click on your email address in the upper-right corner and sign-in. This will allow you to "Report Problem"

They also have online chat in the store.

I just sent them an email and it got sent back, so I guess I'll just have to do it over the phone.
