handbrake question

if i use handbrake to rip a dvd to my ipod, will the actual disc still be like before ripping condition and everything will be the same except for there being one file on my HDD?:confused:

well, i ask cuz im hoping to get the matrix movies onto my ipod but if i screw up the dvds, my mom's gonna kill me as she still hasn't watched em yet. so nothing fishy here.

"Ripping" a DVD does absolutely nothing to the DVD itself. Stop worrying and get ripping! :cool:
