Mr. Bush wandered over during Mr. Reid's chat with the Prime Minister. Mr. Reid introduced himself and shook hands with Mr. Bush.

Maybe he's back on the sauce.
He never did join any support group for it like AA, so statistically there's a good chance of a relapse under stressfull situations without a safety net.
